Port Canaveral to Swan

Could somebody post detailed directions to get me from the Port to the Swan after our cruise? Thanks!

I'll try to help. My mom lives in Cocoa, so this is how I go to the Swan from there. Take 528 west (Beeline...now Beachline) to 417 south (the Greeneway). Exit at State Road 536 west and follow the signs to the Epcot Resorts, then look for signs for the Swan. It should take about one hour. You could stay on 528 until it runs into I-4, but 417 is much less traveled.
