Port Canaveral Residents -- Taxi Question

Delta called earlier and our flight into Fort Myers has been cancelled for Sunday. Fort Myers, Gainesville and Orlando are all closed tomorrow.

We're trying now to fly into Gainesville on Monday instead.

Does anyone know if we're able to get a taxi from the Hertz counter in Cape Canaveral to Port? The desk closes at 2pm and we will not get there in time to catch a free shuttle. We'll need to call a cab to take us to Port. Can anyone help with information on this?
