Do any of them offer free shuttles to the port? I tried a Fly-Snooze-Cruise website but they all look to be near MCO and I'd rather have one close to the port for a quicker trip in the shuttle. (I'm not a morning person.)

Not sure about "free" because the port shuttle costs (normally for 2 people) are bundled into your room package rate. Extra people costs more ($6+ per person on average). But yes, they all offer shuttles.

Differences are in how many shuttles per day and the departure times. Some hotels have only one/two shuttle departures while others have many throughout the morning and early afternoon.

Think I found one! The room rates are pretty cheap and if the surcharge is so low then we're set. Thank you!

Is you don't mind. Can you tell me which hotel you booked. We are also looking for a hotel near the port. Thanks!

We previously stayed at the Radisson, it was meh and did the job (although the kitchenette had ants). I don't know if they had a shuttle because we used Budget's shuttle service after returning a car.

I heard good things about the Country Inn and Suites so we booked there this time around. They have a shuttle but it's $5-$6/pp which isn't awful.

We stayed at the Residence Inn and they have a shuttle that leaves at 10:30 am for $4/person. The front desk advised me to be at the lobby by 10:15 am. We used 888 taxi, they charged $3/person for a party of 11 and we had our own mini coach with plenty of room for 10 suitcases. Not sure how crowded the hotel shuttle was, but you had to sign up for it by midnight.
