pork fillet with gnochi @spoodles

Hi guys
we just returned from the happiest place on earth and while we were there we ate dinner at spoodles.

DH wants me to find the recipe for the pork fillet with gnochi but it doesn't seem to be posted on any of the menu's

It was definately not a special, it was on the menu.

Did anyone else have this? does anyone have the recipe?

does anyone know which disney email address I can use to ask them for the recipe? I emailed them last year but ive forgotten which address I used.
