POR to Poly using Disney transportation

Hi all,
What is the easiest way for me to get from POR to the Polynesian for a 6:00 ressie at 'Ohana?

Take the bus to MK and the monorail to the Polynesian. If MK is closed by the time you are done, take the monorail to Epcot and get the PO bus there.
