POR Parking

DD24 and I are staying at POR for 15 nights in May. My brother will be coming from the Key West one evening and meeting us for dinner. My question is...will he be able to drive to POR and park in the lot for a few hours since we are guests there? We will be taking DME and will not have a car. If not, then we will need to make arrangements to meet him elsewhere but without our own car, it will be very difficult.
