POR or AoA for group of 4 families?

It will cost about $500 more to stay at Por. We are a group of 11 that need 4 rooms and have kids 4, 4, and 8 years. Grandma on a scooter. Going in December for the 50th. Which resort would you choose? I know the skyline can only be accessed from AoA.

Are you talking 4 little mermaid rooms at AoA or 4 suites? Or if you do suites, would you be doing fewer rooms?

I'd probably prefer POFQ due to its small size even if it does mean bussing everywhere.

I'd choose AoA. For us we are at the resort so little aside from sleeping we'd rather spend the money elsewhere. Plus with that many people the Skyliner will be super nice. If you stay in the suites you can fit more people in less rooms (not sure about your group if that's an option). I personally hate relying on the buses.
