POR - mansion side

Excluding alligator bayou part...

which mansion did you like the best?

We've never been - I'm looking for elegant (pretty ), quiet, next to a pool or a water view, that we're able to get two adjoining rooms.

Any suggestions?

Sorry I can't help you as I've never stayed on the mansions side - but am hoping to next month. I'm hoping for building 90 or 95.

We stayed in Parterre Place a little over 2 weeks ago. We were right on the river and close to everything. We loved it there. DS17 went to the quiet pool around midnight and there were others there too. DH said that POR is his favorite resort of them all... even over BC!! We will definitely be staying there in the future and will try to get the same area!! If you get a chance, be sure to ride the boat to DTD. When we opened the curtains to the room, we could watch the boats to DTD go by.

We stayed at Magnolia Terrace last time we went it was beautiful and we loved it. This time I plan on asking for Oak Manor or Parterre Place. We don't want to stay in Alligator Bayou. The boat to DTD is absolutely the best and the bus service to MK is good as well. Have a wonderful time on your trip.

POR is my favorite resort too (over even the deluxes). I just love the mansions and the overall theming. My favorite mansion is Parterre Place. I think its the prettiest on the outside, and also really close to pool and marina.
