My 2 cents about the trundle: My DD (6) slept on it every night and loved it. She is a bit on the smaller side, so the size of the bed was perfect for her, and she had no trouble with the mattress. I think it may just depend on what your child is used to sleeping on. The plus side was DH and I got our own beds as well, and didn't have to both cram into one of the doubles. For that reason alone, we definitely plan on staying at POR again!
We loved POR for all the reasons other posters have mentioned. Every time my husband suggests staying at a value to save money, I give him puppy dog eyes and tell him it wouldn't be a Disney vacation if I couldn't stay at POR. It's worth the extra money and has become our favorite!
