POR Bike & Boat Packages Available?

Several years ago when we stayed at POR they offered two recreations plans for renting bikes and boats at that resort. Do any of the resorts still offer recreation plans like this? What are the rates and what does it include? At POR, there was a "Captain's Plan" $115 (any combination of boats and single bikes up to 4 hours) and a "Family Plan" $199 (any combination for your length of stay).

I have been going to POR for about six years and I have never seen those plans.
