Popular toys for 5-6 year old girl

What are the wanted toys for 5-6 year old girls this year for Christmas? I am thinking less than $30.

Cracker Barrel has some really cute rag dolls for $19.99. They are new this year and the group is named the Butterflies. I think there are 8 or 10 dolls.

The website was mostly sold out last week when I looked, but I was able to find dolls at the store last week.

Not sure if you are near one, but they are really cute and I thought the price was pretty good too.

The only thing my daughter has repeatedly asked for (she'll be seven the week after Christmas) is a Fijit friend. They are running pretty pricey now, but I got it with a coupon at Target for $30. I checked on ebay when I bought it and the pink one was going for $60, I almost sold the thing.

Personally, the thing reminds me of a Furby mixed with a little Satan, lol, but it seems like it's a "hot toy" ... I think it's going to be a room only toy, because I really really hate this thing.

My daughter is 5 and she loves littlest pet shop toys. You can usually catch one of the bigger playsets on sale for around $20 and then add a couple of animals for $8. She also loves Zoobles, Polly Pockets and Squinkies. All of these you can get a nice present for the $30 range.

My daughter will be 6 on the 21st and just got a stuffed dog in a purse she can carry that came with a sweater,comb,bowl and a soft bone and toy. She has not stopped playing with it since the party on Saturday. I got her one of the butterflies dolls from cracker barrel because it had her name. They are very cute! Barbies and baby dolls are still very popular with her. Happy Shopping!

DD6 wants a princess dress, DS games, and craft stuff (Michaels). She likes anything from justice or claires. A build a bear gift card is always fun.

They have these really cute rugs at Kohls. I got DD a Tinkerbell one to match her room and it comes with rinestones to decorate it. It was under $20.

She liked LPS, zoobles and squinkies last year (when she was 5) and does not really play with them much. She does play barbies some.

It depends on the child and what they are into.
