Day Four
Ok, so yesterday I may have had a plan but today was going to be run like a military operation.
I had yet to go on Crush and was determined that as we had an early breakfast I would get on this god damn ride today!!!!
Oh and I before I forget something else happened on day two that I neglected to put in my trip report. Has this ever happened to anyone before?????? here goes. Tuesday morning after visting the Disneypark before we headed over to the studios I had two holes in my card ( Monday and Tuesdays) well, after visiting the studios I had 3. I have no idea what happended as I went through exactly the same entrance as my daughter (who still only had 2 holes) I mentioned it to one of the CMS on the gate and they look as puzzled as me but assured me it would be fine. Mmmmm I couldnt help but worry that when it got to Friday morning with 5 holes in my card already I would have problems as my card was only valid for 5 days.
Anyway on with day four, so after breakfast ( which I am pleased to say was not manic) we took the short walk round the lake and was in the park by 8.45

. It was relatively quiet which was good and we headed straight to Discoveryland. My daughter had said she didnt want to go on Buzz Lightyear but as the wait time was 5 mins I persuaded her (well actually I told her that if she didnt come on then she could forget me going on The Tower Of Terror with her) to come on.
Wow what a fantastic ride, she loved it in fact she loved it so much that we raced straight back round for another go and then another. Here is a picture of us, we are not really competitive..honest!!

After 3 gos on Buzz and yes .i lost, we decided to head over to the Studios before they opened. Just as we were passing past Mainstreet Mickey came out in his car off to open the parks i presume, my Daughter managed to get this fantastic picture.

As luck would have it they were just opening when we got to the studios at 9.30am and we quickly realised that everyone seemed to be bunched up on one side of the entrances with hardly anyone on the other side. We ran as fast as we could (well I walked) which is just as well because just before we got there one of the CMS was letting people know that they could in fact also use the entrances we were heading to. We thought we were one of the first few through the gates and then ran all the way to Buzz (well I walked very fast, Im just not a natural runner) by the time we got there we were about 30th in line, damn I was so sure we were one of the first through them gates. Why on earth has this ride not got a fastpass ????? it desperately needs one, within 5 minutes of the gates opening the queue stretched right the way round into the park. We were kept waiting until exactly 10 o clock when they finally opened the doors.
All I can say is what a ride, we loved it although we definitely were not expecting it to be quite that intense. Its such a shame that by the time we got out the queue time was up to 75mins as I would loved to have of gone on it again that day.

Next stop was the Tower of Terror, I was already nervous before we even got through to the lobby. Was the ride as bad as the first time round??? Well in short yes. The first time I didnt know what to expect which I thought was bad enough but the fear of what you know is about to happen for me was even worse. As the last time my daughter thought it was great and said she couldnt wait to go on it tomorrow. Oh Marvellous!!!!!!!! Whilst there i took a picture of where you get the fastpass tickets from, aren't they great.

Next stop was Rock n Roll Coaster, neither of us had ever been on it before. In fact the last time we came we had completely missed it, we just seemed to bypass it somehow. She probably would never have got on it anyway, she was only 8 and as I have said she is small for her age. The queue time was only 5 mins so we went through. We watched as the ride, well took off is the only term I think I can use to describe it, all I know was it looked very fast and I began to wish I had missed the ride this time round as well. Here is a fantastic picture of us taken on the ride. I think the fear in our faces just about sums it all up.

In actual fact the ride was nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be and I told my daughter I would be happy to go on again tomorrow.
We then headed back over to the other park for lunch at Toad Hall, on the way we grabbed a fastpass for BTM. My Daughter wanted double fish and I had the same, as it was such a lovely day we sat outside. I have to admit it didnt taste as good as when we came on Monday, in fact my daughter barely touched hers as she said it tasted of washing up liquid.
We then headed over to Indiana. With a wait time of 35 mins it worked out quiet well as by the time we got off it was time to ride Big Thunder Mountain.
Next it was over to Autopia, again the wait time said 45mins but we only waited for 30. My Daughter drove but took it far more seriously this time and didnt find it at all funny that I was laughing. Teenagers!!!!!!!
We then managed o catch the Character Express as it went by, all the other times we had somehow missed it. We heard the music all right but was either queing for a ride or was on one !!

The rest of the day was taken up with another go on BTM and Buzz ( I lost again although this is mainly due to the fact that whenever my score went higher than my daughters she tried to pull the laser gun out my hand so I could not fire at anything) She doesnt take after me, honestly !!!!
She decided for dinner she wanted a McDonalds again so on the way back through the village we grabbed one to takeaway and then headed back to the hotel to pack.
