The bad thing I have made enough to have to start filing taxes> hahahaha So i'm off to get a Tax ID number this weekend! It means I will really and officially be a small business owner! Weird huh?

Whats doing? I have to go to the FDNY academy tomorrow for specialized training. This is 2x a year, every employee, every year. While it sounds nice i have to be there at 7am. Which means i have to leave my house by 4:30am. I set my alarm for 3am. I often wonder, why does it have to be so darn early??? Why not make it 8 or 9 am?????

Maybe they are retired military? We always had to meet at crazy early times in the national guard. Or maybe its to avoid traffic? DH says he knows this company in DC that everyone works 6-3 to avoid the rush hours. Oh, well, get the coffee pot ready before bed.


DMM--You might appreciate this...So I've been keeping my eyes peeled for ebay stuff to sell, and Kmart had all their DIsney halloween costumes on sale for $2.50...marked down from $25! I bought 10. Even if I sell them each for $12, that's almost $100 profit! If I do it too much, I"ll need a tax ID number...what's the amount you need to get one for?

So it's 1:25 am here in nyc. I just got home from the fire house, i have been working since 7am tuesday, it is now 1:30 wednesday morning here. Not to worry i got a great long nap on the couch at the fire house around 6pm. However i am beat and calling it a night. Goodnight everyone, i will try to post tomorrow. Hope all are well!!!!

Not much fun here. DD is sick. I didn't think her fever was high enough for drugs, but she just started being fussy, so I took her temp. 103.7 . So I paged the doctor (closes early on Wed) to check on the dosage and about half of it got in her mouth.

I also listed some stuff on ebay...my name is the same as it is here. What's yours DMM?

DD's feeling better now, but not before her fever went up to 104.5. The sad thing is she keeps crying for daddy, but he's STILL not home from work.
