I had to cancel the client I had today due to the rain, so I decided it might be a fun day to dress Ella up in her new raincoat, boots, and umbreall and do a few of her outside.

Look outside - it is still raining - Good this works for my plans even though I am not a huge rain fan !

Get myself and Ella ready - look outside and it is SNOWING !! Not just "snowing" - I mean REALLY snowing

For pete's sake - can Colorado pick a season and stick to it already ?!

I decided to go get her haircut instead. It turned into a freaking blizzard while we were in there and then the girl wasn't even going to blow dry my daughters hair - - I don't THINK so !!!

Let me explain something - I am not always the sharpest tool in the shed

Instead of heading home I decided I REALLY needed to go to Target.
For what you might ask
Nothing in particular - just to look !

If you didn't park in the handicapped spot - by the time you got to the door you looked like Frosty the Snowman !

We decided to eat lunch at Target ( if I would have stopped by McDonalds the darn fries would have blown right out of the drive thru window). I grabbed something from the deli paid and had a sit inside Starbucks. What is better on a cold day than Target AND a Starbucks together at once ?!

I tootled around in Target for nothing in particialr - checked out $100 less in my checkbook and headed home.

Lesson learned - when you can stay home when it is snowing like this - DO IT !!! Cars were sliding off the road into ditches and everything !

So, I am not happy with this weather today. It made me get a Starbucks and ruin my diet for the day and there is no way I am jogging OR going to my excercise class tonight


So - how was everyone elses day ?

I got my charm !!!!! Love it !!!! When I was at WDW they have a key chain that has for individual colorful charm thingies and it holds 2 charms which is a total of 8 pcs for $7 ... I bought a couple and now made my nieces and nephews their own individual cell phone charms You might want to check it out!

Isn't it amazing what Target will make us do???? Although the temptation of Starbucks on a COLD, SNOWY day In APRIL (snicker) would be too much for me to resist too!

aww i was just reading back and i want to thank you for asking about my dad i appreciate it He is doing really well. He had a follow up appt. and they said everything looks right on track. He is even already driving around and feeling great! we met for lunch and he seems alot happier it was a wonderful time. I'm hoping to stop in and see him again this week!!

So i get home from class tonight and sitiing on my computer desk is a small wraped present, addressed to me. So i open it and there is a card with it, it said, " for all the hard work your doing in class and all the studying your doing, just a little something to show you we know how hard your working,keep up the good job, love DW and DS". So i open up the present and its A 2 disc c.d. form disney , its " the Magic in the streets, parade memories music c.d." Very cool huh? Now i have something to listen to when i drive to the FDNY academy.

So how's everyone?? I am feeling so much better, how ever my stomache is still a little upset, but i feel great!! What have i missed??

I don't know...it hasn't bothered me since I rested the tendons (by not playing). I have picked it up though. I decided I wanted to play in church, so I got a new chin rest and strings and started brushing up, but then got too busy again. This was like 8 months ago.

So Cat, did your TA find a spot? I kept checking for you.
