AUGHHH!!! i'm in love!! In the Mexican culture instead of Sweet Sixteens we celebrate our Quince Anos (15 years) and it's a HUGE to-do!! Mine was in Mexico with all our family flown in and in the big Cathedral with 3 priests and 12 attendants and on and on it went...

Okay this is toooo cute! it's a lanyard bag that fits an Autograph book in Disney Print fabric!!! i totally wonder if i could make this on my own????

they are only going for 6$ on EBAY, but this one is almost over and the other prints are going for more!

Nope have not used Bare Essentials (is it that one with the infomercial?) There are some people on the Busget Boards that swear by it!

Morning everyone! i am in a rotton mood! hahah!! I wok up and reached over on my nightstand only to find my wonderful little boy had broken my glasses in half!!! Not a big deal since they are sooo old, but i DO NOT HAVE ANOTHER PAIR! AND my last pair of contacts broke! So i called my optical place and of course they are still closed and checked online appts. and they don't have anything until next week I CANNOT SEE A THING! so i have to call when they open and see if they can squish me in sometime today!! grrr.....

If it is going to cause a HUGE issue I say Sal goes and leaves immediately after (like someone else mentioned) OR just tell them that if it were any other time you would be there with bells on, but there is just no way to get everything else done AND make the event. I have a hard time saying no to people too, so I know how you feel. However, you 2 need to do whats best for your family. Ya know?

Alright i have a question and i need honest answers! call me a jerk if you mus!

Alright so DMIL mentioned to us on Easter that 10/6 is SILs Confirmation and we have to be there. Normally..not a problem, one of us would go or both and someone would just watch the kids in the back of the church. (i don't trust them in mass during big events where they could get loud).

BUT it's the weekend before we leave for vacation. Which means it is the last minute that we have to get the house ready for the trip since we are leaving the house friday (heading to a hotel for the night). It's our last day to run our errands and not to mention clear out the unused rooms (remember i am having the carpet cleaners in while we are gone).

On saturday i have an OB appt. and Gabriel has a Doctors appt a few hours after mine, so we will be busy the whole day.

Soo Sal and I are just not wanting to go to this thing, but we KNOW if we don't show we will not hear the end of it..So he wants me to think of what to say??
What do you think?? should we just go?

It's an hour and a half away from here, and at noon, so needless to say it's going to be an all day affair.

Like i said normally not a big deal, but it's the last full day we have to run errands and get teh house ready for vacation. ALOT of furniture is going to the basement and such, so it's a big day for us....

hahahha! we're close, but not that close. We like them! hahaha! which is a lot, since we don't like a lot of people. Nobody is like us at all, so it's wierd to have to deal with these things. I agree with sending Sal alone, but he is now saying he doesn't want to go alone.

If he takes a kid with him, he will end up in the back of the church or outside, so waht's the point in going I told him! So now he says he's not going to go, but he's afraid to tell him mom! he's funny! so he wants me to come up with something! i told him to tell her the truth..WE ARE BUSY!

Good afternoon! I exercised this morning (yeah!) and then we shatted for awhile so I missed my morning DIS! I have errands to run, etc, but I wanted to stop in here first. I bought grass seed and I am going to try to get some grass going in my backyard! It's going to be a pain in the neck but worth it if it works!

Have you all ever used Bare Escentuals? I am almost out of my normal face makeup, so I ordered some on-line tonight. I am really excited to give it a shot! I had it expressed delivered so I don't have a week or so with no makeup! I got the special starter kit plus an add on. We'll see! I have 60 days to try it. I am hoping it is worth it!

Tia...It is amazing!!! I buy it in store though, they have a whole bare escentuals store at the King of Prussia Mall. I love that it can be liquid or powder. I usually don't wear makeup, and its so easy to use! Plus, if I have a zit or something, I put the powder on it at night, and it dissapears!
