Fabulous Fabulous evening we had and morning already!! DD and DS were having a blast in the DORA jeep going all around the driveway!! it was too cute and too funny!!

Then Gabriel got in the DORA go cart and was trying to work it, but he wouldn't hold the button down long enough, so he kept jerking around! that was even funnier!!

BUT GET THIS! i went to get my pre-natal prescription filled and then did some shopping at TARGET, when all of a sudden they call my name out over the loudspeaker haha i've never had that happen to me! it turns out my Dr. forgot to fill out What I needed and how much! he just signed the prescription paper! MAN! i could have had a drug business going!! hahha! So now i have to go back today again after they call the dr. blahhh! i'll probably go after naps.

WOW what a beautiful day it was yesterday! We literally played outside until dinner, then went back out after dinner!!! My entire driveway is (or was) covered in sidewalk chalk art!!! I even let the girls play hooky from CCD, because it was just too nice !! I know I know, I'm a bad Catholic....but heck don't you think Jesus would want them to enjoy the glorious day he gave us?

We tried the sidewalk chalk, but after Gabriel ate about half a stick, we put it away! that kid is a public menace! don't tell me i didn't prepare you all when you meet him at the MEET...he's crazy!

ONE WEEK!!! you are soo lucky! we are thinking of a weekend at an indoor water park, but that's as exciting as it gets until Florida!

DMM - hmm, if we had another boy we were gonna name him Declyn - a nice irish boy Declyn Foley.....probably not the name you're looking for huh??? How about Zac?

I love Zac, but just that, no zachary, but our problem.......is that no one can pronounce it in spanish! haha! we made that mitstake with Autumn, but she goes by her middle name a lot, so that helps!!

That Irish name is cool! it flows well with your last name!!

CAT, when your boys were small (think Toddlers) were they daredevils?? My little guy climbs on EVERYTHING, then wants to jump off!! EVEN if no one is there to catch him!! When we give him a bath, he puts his head under water?!?! When we took him to the park, he went down the slide HEAD first! Is this normal??? Or is her extra crazy??

Chris--You're right, I need a vacation? Can I crash yours? Florida would be nice. I'm loving this weather, but it goes tomorrow. That is hilarious about CCD. I remember growing up how glad I was to be protestant because I didn't have to go to CCD.


Okay--here's why I'm so stressed out. I cut back everyone's FT hours to 35 a week and part time people lost a day. So its about 50-60 a week. It didn't seems so much at first, but its like 200 a month for these families to come up with who all live paycheck to paycheck. One of the teachers was telling me she had to look for change in her couch to buy bread! She wasn't saying it in a way to make me feel bad at all, but it really stressed me out. I yelled at one of the employees who's kid is like DD's best friend because she asked to leave 15 minutes early to pick up her kids birthday balloons before the store closed.

I just heard noise out front and looked out the window. There's a township truck and they got out and shoveled all the gravel from the street and threw it in my driveway?!

No, he's a boy. Joey was especially bad about stuff like that. Danny wasnt too bad, but then again, Joey even now is more bull headed.... and just always doing stuff he should think twice about.

You know what I especially think is weird, is when he was a toddler, anywhere there was a straight away, he'd look at me "Can I run?" yes, go....and he's move his little legs as fast as he could. He wanted to run. Run, run, run. And he wanted me to time him "How fast did I run" And when we would buy new shoes, he'd have to try them out first "no, these dont make me fast enough - those are better"

Now, he's in track, and is CRAZY good at it. If all goes well, he'll be going to state....but he pulled a thigh muscle friday, so we shall see.


ETA - One time JIm called me, FURIOUS at work....

He had to drag Joey in the house cuz he was "luging" down the street on a skateboard, near our house..... towards a busy street.

Oh wow Cat that's awesome!! I hope he is doing better!!

Gabriel likes to run too, he just takes off! We were just outside for a bit again and Autumn was in the Jeep and Gabriel just took off! haha! THen he fell and got back up again to run some more good to hear he's not crazy! i've never been around little boys! on both my mom and dads sides, no one had a boy!!! Can you believe it? Gabriel was the first and i'm just going crazy!!! haha!

Nanu, i'm sorry you are so stressed! that would be driving me crazy too! Just udnerstand that you are doing what you have to do, even if you don't like it. You are a very compassionate person, so i'm sure you are internalizing way too much! How about just a weekend away to someplace close to you?? When we want to get away we head downtown!! If we want to do it on the cheap we Priceline a hotel in an area we know REALLY well and it always refreshes us!!

Morning everyone!
Ryan was sick yesterday. Puking his little guts out all night long. Poor baby. But he felt better midday and now I am sure he is recovered! If al goes well, I am taking him to the pool today so he can burn off some energy. He is inviting a friend which is good, because I don't do public pools too good.
Cat - Ryan STILL does the thing with his new shoes. He has to run around the store to see which pair make him faster. I am glad to hear mine isn't the only silly one in the bunch.
I am so jealous you all get to have a meet! AND all of these trips to the World. *sigh* I was really hoping to go to Cali over Spring Break, but I can't justify spending the money. When for a little more I could be in WDW for a week! Hopefully they will announce free dining soon so I can book a trip. At least then I will have one to look forward to. For Terry's R&R he would like us to meet in Europe! I have never been but I am SUPER excited. We are thinking about doijng Ireland/England or Austria/Germany. I want to do it all, but 2 weeks isn't enough time. We might do 1 week in Ireland and another in Austria. So I am plunking money into savings so if and when it happens, I am prepared! I have to get passports too.
Someone asked what we never skimp on: Well I am not a fan of generic brands. SOME like Tylenol, etc are exactly the same. But I notice a HUGE difference in certain foods, laundry soap, etc. I would say I never buy generic laundry soap, or fabric softener. I also prefer higher quality makeup, hair products, etc. I am on a Burt's Bees kick lately and I have not tried one product I do not LOVE!
And favorite characters: I love Mickey and Eeyore. Ry likes Mickey and Pooh.
Ok... I need to get some laundry started. I will talk to you guys later!

I am on a Burt's Bees kick lately and I have not tried one product I do not LOVE!

We use their diaper rash cream! it's amazing and makes their butt smell good haha!

Hi gang,
I'm on the news in nyc. Last night 2 police officers were stabbed at a train station in brooklyn. It's odd, the call comes over and were there in like 2 minutes. There are like 3 or 4 police cars there already,but dozens more are on the way. Somehow the local news agencys are already there, there were like 6 or 7 cameras on us, i find it weird how they beat us to the call.Anyway all involved will be ok and thats all that matters.
