We're doing Macinac Island this summer! i'm excited, never been there before!!
It's actually a cool trip...you start in Chicago & go east around the lake stopping in Saugatuk, Grand haven, Ludington (Manistee Natl Park), Then up to Sleeping Bear Dunes Natl Lakeshore, Mackinac Island, then kinda go up Lake Superior to Sault St Marie in Canada, Keweenaw Bay, & then back down thru Wisconsin.....It's easily a 8-10 day road trip. We'll see....I need to plan....I had so much fun at the bookstores yesterday!!! I bough a bunch of Michigan books!

I think that happens alot more than we realize families thathave people die/be born on the same day. My dad's dad died 4 hours before I was born...so I never got to meet my paternal grandpa.
No WONDER you've been having such a "stuck" phase..my god woman you're life has been one big scheduling taking care of everybody mess!!!!! I have a challenge for you...What are you going to do for YOU this weekend???

The girls have a half day today...so we're going bowling with a bunch of friends afterschool. I hope I can come close in real bowling to my latest Wii bowling score......not very likely
ok one funny story...yesterday I was at school, and one of my friends mentions that her family (dh, & 2 ds's) are going to Disney next week...Thursday-Tuesday. Of course I get all excited 'oo what are you doing, where ya staying, eating..blah blah" & .....yep you guessed it. she had NO idea!!!!!!!!!!!! oh boy....so Denise is a relatively good friend of mine...I came home whipped out my maps & typed up a 6 day itinerary for her. Gave her he dining number for see if any PS's were still open for her days. Gave her good spots to sit for all the parades/fireworks...& then handed it to her at the PTO meeting last night....I am now official known at school at the Disney Goddess
It was soooooooo fun to announce the auction total last night at the meeting!!! We're redoing the auditorium so I get to work with our music teacher to spend some of it! I'm psyched.
Think that's it for the day.....
I wanna plan MY disney trip! Here's what I've decided....We'll go in Sept if Free dining pops up...otherwise it's December.......My mom suggested we take a cruise...so Mich I wanna hear all about it.....I just don't know if I could give up those days at the parks???
