Morning everyone I am so swamped with auction stuff Ihaven't had time to chat! bleech - what's up with that!I'm working on finalizing the auction item lineup and table set up. Once I'm done with that I'll have more free time. If I can just get to February 10th! this will all be over ...and if I EVER suggest that I run another one, will one of you please remind me ever so not gently how miserable it makes me! I mean I know it's for the kids, and I know they benefit by whatever money is raised but it's soooooooo much work, and it's stuff that isn't easily delegated to others. I'm going to need some serious retail therapy soon! I do get to scrap next weekend...but last time I was planning an auciton and planned a scrap weekend before, I ended up bringing the table tent cards to work on instead of my scrap stuff! NOT happening this time!

I'll try to catch up later tonight! Today's one busy day!

Ive never given mine to anyone, and I kinda thought since we've all bonded so much here - it might be a good idea in case something wretched happens (knock on wood, it will NOT).

You know, I was laying there last night and thinking very philosophically evidently. I thought, OMG, what if you found out that none of us really existed? We weren't real. Too much tv probably.

I almost wanted to cry. I had to shake the thought off.

This morning I turned down subbing for an aide today. Subbing for an aide doesn't pay squat. And you work your butt off. Anyway, I am having lunch with two gals (and a little gal) and DD gets out early today. Other than laundry, that's about it.

You know, I was on an AOL Disney board 10 years ago, and a few years into it, we found out one of the regulars wasnt really who she said she was. Like at all. Nothing. It was creepy @ss weird!!!!

Another one, after they had a 'girls only' meet at WDW - and I happened to be there the same time with my family(I have that picture at home, I should scan it) so I met up with them all of them. Turns out one of the girls was like a serious drunk. Like throwing stuff, stumbling, slurring drunk. She shared a room with someone, and that person had to go squash into another groups room!!

Ummmm- there was another one who was Jewish, and then suddenly decided we were all anti-semetic (sp?) and flipped out on all of us. Even a girl who WAS Jewish.

And honestly - I pretty much stay out of the cliques. Even then. I knew wnough people for long enough to get the scoop on people, but people can be REALLY weird.

I know what you are saying. That is basically how I feel. I have a hard time getting personal b/c you never know. But with you, DMM, Chris, Antss, and MrFdny,I feel like I am okay. But that is true that you never really know. I wish there was something I could do to reassure everyone that this is truly me. But I cannot think of anything other than posting my pics of our trip.

I wasnt really saying I dont trust anyone (maybe I was ) I was just stating how weird people are!

I TRIED to meet at Disney. I know you all were in a room, pointing and laughing at the chic wandering around the pool. I did run into "Beth" and her hubby who took the Planet Hollywood voucher I had and stuck it in Michelle's door. Thats proof I was there, right? OH and FDNY has a pic of my room-window!
