Alright, i guess it's time for me to put my mommy hat on and get the kids into something! That playroom NEEDS to be attacked today!!! I have to start getting them to put their toys AWAY after they take them out! The fact that Autumn now knows how to open the toy box is scary!!

I def'ly agree... am still in school in and out... finished BS in medical technology and ***. in accounting right after but only did it bec I wanted my discount at Macy's back in the 90's and at the same time would like to be promoted got bored went to nursing... decided I cannot have good bedside manners I might end up in jail... went back to med tech.... and took took an ***. in clinical reasearch but I got guilty since in that fiield you dont treat people as patients but subjects and they are def'ly part of the statistics dead or alive so then went back to being a bench monkey in the lab.. and took photography am now one subject away to get my associates but got derailed since I decided to take some bis management classes... am I going to used this .. I probaly will not

AUGHHH!!!! I should totally be watching the finger painters right now, but i had to sign on and say thanks to PATSFAN! i just got my gift!!! LOVE IT!!

The kids are having a ball with everything!! Autumn insisted on having her snack on her new plate and Gabriel is stacking the cups!

I really do have to run, just wanted to say thanks!

Maybe we need to have a trial SS run during the summer! You know, to test our new system and all. ALL in the quest for the PERFECT way to handle a Secret Santa swap. nudge nudge

Ill tell you how to handle it - figure out who DID send this year, and thats the only people allowed to send NEXT year.

This is exactly why I didnt participate (which means I didnt send this year - but I sent to ANTSSS, so I am included! ) It really ticks me off when people are all "YEAH!!! I wanted to be in this Secret Santa exchange" and then totally dont follow through on their commitment.

Okay -Im calmed down now.

Im glad some people out there got gifts for nothing. What makes them think theyre worthy of such? If you commit to doing something you do it.

hahahahno kidding! I felt like a complete moron walking around the pool with my lime green mickey stuck on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I swear to God - I thought some of you were in a pool-view room, peering out a corner of the drapes, pointing and laughing at me wandering the pool area.

"Look at her!!!! THE FOOL! She thought we were gonna meet her!! HA!"

Speaking of the pool area - how many of you were down there at night? Did anyone see the (what Jim and I called the) Hot-Dog guy? Reealllly good looking, blonde hair, tattoo's, white swim trunks with blue "fire" on them and either one or both nipples pierced.

He was down there every night.

The reason I ask - is cuz he was such a JERK! to his wife/girlfriend/whatever he was with. His room was kiddie-corner to ours and we'd even see him in the morning, being such a jerk-oid!!! He didnt want to help with the kids and wanted to watch football at the pool bar. And granted - she was kinda whiney and needy. Ill give him that. But man - the two of them were like oil and water. I felt bad for their munchkins. I saw them so much and always arguing.

She was a cute girl too. Two pretty people, with ugly insides.

Those of you who sent SS gifts and didnt get anything in return, I'd freaking write them a letter everyday...okay wait.

Wait until after the 31st -THEN I'd start writing everyday to them. Asking about your gift... and askign if they enjoyed theirs.

Cat, i know what you mean about people getting something for nothing, but let's just hope that some people were late in sending it out and that's it. I'm sure it will turn out fine. (she says with hope that everyone is just in over their heads wiht holiday stuffs!)

TIA, I think another swap would be a good way to practice. We can do something simple. MY FAVE swap is anything in an envelope swap. It's just a basic mailing envelope and it needs to be the basic postage and you just squuuueeeeeze what you can into it! i've done about 4 of those on the Community Boards! so fun! You find stickers, magnets fun stuff like that!!
