Ok who got me sick???? I remember someone posting that they were sick and another posting that thier husband is sick, so which one of you did not wash your germ infestied hands before posting here and passed your virus to me???

I woke up this morning and instantly felt like i had been hit or run over by a mack truck and i know there is only one thing that makes me feel like that, a hang over or a fever. since i had not had any thing to drink for a while, it must be a fever. I also have a sore throat. Anyway i will be ok. just took some tylenol and made a nice cup of hot tea to enjoy for the throat.

Ewwww. Chalk it up to that time of year. Sorry you are not feeling well though. Hope you get to feeling better soon!

So, since the doc prescribed rest, the cruise is on as soon as I get approval for time off from work! Keep your fingers crossed it doesn't sell out before then!

You lucky duck. Wanna bring me along in a suitcase? I have never been on a cruise before.

WELL POPpers tomorrow is FRRRIIIIDDDAAYY!!!

Another busy weekend for us i'm having new furniture delivered on saturday and then HOPEFULLY the person that arranged to pick up the old will be here when said he will!!

But so far Sunday is a nice QUIET day with no plans!! but knowing our luck someone will call and bother us

hello... I was in a car accident the 9th, all I remember was me being taken in the ambulance, next thing I know I was at the ER and kept me for a good 8-9 hours for a series of xray and cat scan. It was raining heavily and all were driving slow, this one jeep cherockee must have gotten bored waiting and try to overtake or must have speed up and lost control qwho knows and end up on my laine, had no where to get since the right side was a creek and the left, well there was the ongoing traffic, with a 25 mile per hour I dont know how much slower I can go and next thing I know I was under the hood, both air bag popped windshield shuttered, haldf of the frot car was basically gone, I was home the whole day sore and tomorrow I go back to see my premary dr. I really thought that was the end of me, but when I woke up at the ER well I got a new lease on life. Just home now sore and looking like a bruised banana.

DMM, I was not able to pick up you copy of CARS but as soon as I get to the mall I will mail it right away sorry.

Cat, I have not browse or catch up with the thread, I hope all was well with your check up on the 9th. I was thinking of you that morning hoping you need not to shave again

Ok... will try to catch up while am at the mercy of all this miracle drugs they gave me....

WOW, Too bad you were not in nyc, you would have had me pulling out of your wreck . Ok maybe not to funny, but could you imagine some guy asking if you were a disser as they were pulling you out of your wrecked car. Anyway sounds like you had a concussion, And might have blacked out for a little, if you don't remeber certain things. How scary. You must be so sore. Rest for the next couple of days, take hot baths and motrin or tylenol, NO ASPRIN or asprin contaning products for 1 to 2 weeks after a trauma or injury!!! tylenol and motrin,advil,aleve are ok to take. Asprin after an injury causes very nasty bruises to the injury site. motrin must be taken with food or a glass of milk cause it will do a number on a empty stomache. Hope you feel better real quick.

ANTSS: My thoughts and prayers are with you. I am sooo glad you are okay.

Today I have to sub for pre-k. The teacher is a good friend of mine. It kind of makes me mad though, b/c when she requested me to the secretary, the secretary said "she can sub for teachers?". She knows me, lives houses away from me in our subdivision, knows our family, knows I previously was a pre-k aide, knows I want to sub, BUT has not called me in the 2.5 months that school has been in. She assumed (I love that word) that I could only sub for aides. My friend told her I have a bachelor's degree, etc. It kind of makes me mad. I honestly thought all this time that it was something personal. AND I actually have subbed there as a teacher before. She is obviously kind of dingbatty so she probably did not notice. I hope that since I got this out, I can get over it now. It is bothering me. Thanks! Hope everyone has a great day! ANTSS, take it easy & let me know if you need anything!

CR- Good news! Glad the appoint went ok. My doc talked to me about meridia (sp) befor too...it's kinda costly $800 & my insurance didnt cover it but I've just about had it as well...I might just go ahead with it next time.

Yep, we have school. I think our school picks and chooses their holidays off. Veteran's Day didn't make the cut. But anyway, I am done. The pre-k program is only mornings. It was fun. It is just so fun to play with them at that age. Plus, it gave me a 'purpose' today. Now I just have to get through next week!

DH is sick again. Is it wrong of me to get mad at him when he's sick? I feel like he gets sick so I have to do everything, which I'm sick! He complains I don't give him sympathy. Its cause he's always sick and exaggerates. So now we can't go out to see The Santa Clause 3 or go to the family hayride tonight at church. Argh.

Oh, and I think it was CathrynRose who said about the blue arrow next to the post a while ago...its okay, I didn't know about it either.

We've been on two, and just love them. For us, a cruise is by far the most relaxing vacation we can think of. There's something about the sleep at sea...I seem to sleep better there than anywhere else!

DH was in the Navy, so being out to sea is second nature to him. I never had ANY desire to cruise...he bribed me the first time because it was a special pin trading cruise, and he knew I wouldn't pass up pins! I got super seasick and slept through one whole day of the 4 days, and still had a great time! Now, I'm a cruise convert!

Rumor (aka our office secretary) says da boss will be approving vacation requests today, so I really hope that's true! Every day I have to wait, the cruise risks selling out and the airfare gets higher!

This week actually went by pretty fast! It doesn't seem like that long ago that everyone was saying what they were going to do last weekend. I don't think we have any plans. I would loooove to see santa clause 3 but I am a little nervous about taking DD to see it after the whole 'other little girl told her there was no santa' thing. If it is at all 'less than believable' then we may be in trouble!
