Hi everyone! I haven't been on for so long, simply because having moved house we can't afford another trip and this place is a bad influence! Hope everyone is well!
I am currently trying to add some new recipes to our meal planner and DH has asked if I can try and replicate his favourite ever meal...Blue Lagoons Colombo Chicken!
Now, I can find loads of recipes online but each one is slightly different, so I was HOPING that one of you DLP crazy lot had tried successfully to replicate it and can share the recipe.
Anyone? Just thinking about it makes me want to go back!
