Popeye, Rugrats characters

I read in another post that Popeye and Olive Oyl appear at Isles of Adventure while some Rugrats characters appear at Universal Studios Orlando. Is there a way to check what time and what part of the theme park/s they will be in so that we can plan our time properly? We only intend to spend less than a day for both parks.

By the way, do you need two tickets to enter two parks in one day?

Not sure about the character question but as for the ticket question...

Only a multi day ticket gets you into both parks. The one day one park ticket will only work for one park. It is cheaper to buy the two day pass than to buy two one park passes and the next day never expires.

The characters appear at meet and greet sessions throughout the day, but I haven't seen specific times posted for each character appearing when. You can inquire at Guest Services and see if they have any information.
