Pop Warner families attending Super Bowl and Cheer week

Our team or teams will possibly be competing at the Pop Warner Super Bowl and cheer competition. We have many families that will have to accommodate this financial burden. For all the alumni out there that have done this before, do you have any tips that I can pass on to our families.
