Im in the process of booking a last minute trip to Disney but can't decide where to stay, POP or AoA?

We have stayed at Pop before, a few times, and always enjoyed our stay. Would love pop again but Im thinking about trying AoA, Little Mermaid section only (as its just myself and my DS13). The only issue I have is the distance to main building.

Which would you pick? I'm very indecisive. :wave2: thanks!

We stayed at AoA last year. Lion King section but walked the entire resort a few times. I have to say the way it was landscaped you didn't mind or notice the distance. That being said the distance wasn't that bad either.

Thanks. Maybe I should try AoA. Why not! I am curious. It looks nice. The only thing that was holding me back was the distance to the main building. But I hear from many that its not a bad walk cause the landscaping etc is quite nice. Thnx for your input. :goodvibes

I vote for AOA!!!! Haven't stayed here yet, but in November of 2012 as we were walking around the Pop grounds when we got to the bridge my DH looked at me and said "Why in the hell aren't we staying over there?" Needless to say we are booked at AOA for our November 2014!!!

Now im getting excited! Thanks for your help. It didnt take much to sway me...I think im gonna go with AoA. Something different. Thanks! :flower:

We usually stay at the Pop. If the AoA offered discounts on the LM rooms I would give it a try but so far they haven't for dates I have gone. Not sure the LM rooms have ever been discounted. If you don't mind pay rack rate I say give the AoA a try.:)

We have walked over to the AoA and ate in the food court. It's a nice food court. Pulled pork sandwich is delish. They also have different and yummy deserts.

Have a great trip :)

What are your dates? LM rooms book up really fast and if this is a last minute trip your dates may not be available.

AOA! This resort is awesome! We went last month with a 2yr, 15yr, and 17yr in which all 3 had a blast. The walk from Little Mermaid section to the main building is not bad because of the visual overload. Can't wait to go back!

You know what, im a complete moron. A big fool! I post this poll without checking availability first. Who does that?? oh i know, I do I do!! :lmao:
Little Mermaid isnt even available! So I guess I will have to stay at Pop, and walk over to AoA just to take a look around, and maybe grab a bite. Thanks for your input everyone!

LOL! Thanks for the suggestion, but the Poly is never an option for me cause im never willing to dish out that much cash! Lol! Its a lot of money, and im hardly at the resort, I cant justify spending that much money. Plus its just my son and I, so i'd be covering the cost myself. :scared: Scary! Lol.
