pop-up campers

I hope you campers can help me out. I am about to buy a pop-up camper and hopefully use it at Ft. Wilderness soon. My problem is I can't decide between these two pop-ups and I was hoping you guys could give me some advice. One is a manual lift while the other one is electric. For all you experienced campers out there: Is the electric lift worth the extra money? Or is a manual lift no big deal?

Used our coleman westlake for 4 years. cranking up and down got old fast. Moved on to a htt instead of a electric lift. My advice is to get everything you might need now and IN THE FUTURE when looking at the popup.

I have a Jayco popup with a manual crank and it's no big deal. Takes less than 30 seconds to crank it up (more effort). Cranking it down is easy (less effort) but takes a minute or two because when I get near the bottom I go around and tuck in my canvas, crank it within an inch and go around and tuck the canvas one last time. The roof weight provides some pressure on the handle so you know it still needs to come down. When the pressure lets up on the handle, time to stop cranking.

An electric crank is a convenience but it's something extra to pay for. Now I am considering a flip out awning (rather than messing with the poles and setting that up) then that would be SWEET.
