POP to Typhoon Lagoon by Bus

Planning 2 half-days at typhoon lagoon on my trip at end of month.

Information I have found is quite varied.

One is an early morning and doing the surfing so will have to get an uber over to park.

Am I right in that I can get the bus from POP resort to the water park but on the way back, do I have to change over at Disney springs and there is nothing direct?

Since I can afford am I better off just using a service like uber to get back to my resort before going to a main park in the evening. Will I be saving much time?

Any help appreciated.

When we were there 3 weeks ago, we left TL about 3:00 and had a direct bus back to POP

You would probably save a bit of time, but to avoid risking a damage charge, he completely dry and in street clothes.

You can also wait until you get to Pop, then confirm or not direct busing. By asking a CM in the bus pickup area.
