Pop to Riveria Early Morning

We have a 8:30am breakfast reservation at Topolinos. Staying at Pop. Are we able to take the skyliner from Pop to Riveria? Just wondering cause I know the Epcot line isn’t open until later that morning, so is it still possible to transfer at CBR and take it to Riveria?
