POP to POLY for Breakfast

This will be the 1st time we don't have a car with us (giving ME a try). We're planning on character breakfast at Ohana. What's the best way to get there, if it's before MK opens?

I know if MK is open, we can just hop the bus and then either the monorail or boat over to Poly.

Do buses ever run to the TTC from the resorts? (we could walk through Poly from there)

No resort busses go to the TTC.

There are early morning busses that pick up at the resorts and go to the park areas.

The MK busses start before 6:30. when you get on the bus, tell the driver you need to go to the Polynesian. He MAY be able to drop you off right there. If not, he will drop you off at the MK bus depot, then take the resort monorail. It starts at 7AM.

This is a good point. People often view the transportation system as this unflexible thing that can not bend for you. We've been able to simply ask the driver to drop us off at places other than their destination, if the bus is not too crowded. We've sometimes found they will do this, and sometimes they will not. I think it depends on the crowds and the bus driver's mood.

We've been able to get to GF this way from WL. We hopped on an EPCOT bus at WL, which we knew would stop at either GF or Poly on the way to EPCOT to pick up others. The driver had intended to stop at Poly, but not GF. When we kindly asked for a drop off at GF, he gladly made this stop for us, right after his Poly stop. It a) allowed us to get to GF more efficiently and quickly than the boats and b) allowed the driver to pick up some EPCOT-bound GF guests who otherwise would have had another 5-10 minutes of waiting for a bus.

All due respect, I would not use this wizard site to plan travel from place to place. It is badly out of date and in some cases it is plain wrong. For instance, say you're going from WL to MK. The wizard says you have to take the boat to MK or take a bus to TTC (bus service no longer runs to TTC during MK operating hours) and monorail/ferry over to MK. The wizard does not show the over-a-year-old direct bus route to MK from WL. Another example: say you want to go to EPCOT from the Poly. The easiest way to do this is to walk next door to the TTC, then monorail directly to EPCOT. However, the wizard does not show this, and has you going all over WDW creation with multiple transfers to get to EPCOT.

I appreciate your intention to help. It's just that this wizard is badly wrong and needs to be updated. I wish the Laughing Place people would update it.
