I'm wondering if I should request a room in the 90's to fulfill my family's wishes or leave the room assignment to the luck of the draw? We are staying at POP Jan 31-Feb 4, during dance and cheerleading competition. We have already noted that we need 2 connecting rooms. Last trip hubby and I stayed in 80's which was convenient for the busses. I did feel removed from the resort and would like to be a little closer to the food court since the kids are with us. They are preteen and eat a lot! Not to mention the slushies my daughter wants every 30 minutes. Never have requested a room before so wondering if it is even worth the trouble,
Give your opinions please. How do you feel about the 90's area of POP? Which room would you request? Do they really listen to us or is it truly luck of the draw?

If your family wants to stay in the 90s section (and I imagine that would be the kids wanting that?), then go ahead and request it. On your request, I would say "connecting rooms in the 90s section". Always put the request that means the most to you first. If you get it, then great - your family will be happy. If not, you tried and that should count. If your kids want the 90s, then let them deal with the distance to the food court, etc. You won't be the one going there every 30 minutes for a slushie.

If you want 90's, ask for it! We stayed in the 80's last Feb, and I hated it. It was very quiet though!!! The 90's area was closer to the food court and things than we were.
