Pop Century

I am planning a trip for February and I think we are planning on staying at Pop Century for 1/2 the trip.
What building and rooms are the best for viewing the nightime displays at the park, I think I read somewhere that you could see fireworks or illuminations I cant remember which?

I think I read the 4th floor of the 50's building. Hope this helps.
