Has anyone ever successfully recovered lost PhotoPass photos? I just realized that our BBB and Chef Mickey photos are missing from my webpage. I emailed two different lost photo forms, but I was wondering how successful Disney is at finding these lost photos. I'm pretty bummed.

We had several ride photos missing from our PP+ pictures this past June. I filled out the form and they were able to find all of them. It took a few days of e-mailing back and forth, though. I've read several posts from people who say it's much more efficient to call the Photopass phone number to recover lost photos. I hope they're able to find yours.

To anyone that has been to Pop very recently, I understand that the iced tea and coffee machines are nit RFID'ed yet and correct me if I'm wrong. Is the hot cocoa machine not RFID'ed at this time?

Nope. :thumbsup2 there was a sign near one of the dispensers that said not to fill the mug more than 2/3 of the way, but not sure why.

Oh baby, I can still get my hot cocoa/coffee concoction without waiting 2 minutes LOL. THANK YOU!!!!

Hey everyone, we are going to be t Pop in 38 days and when I was making our final payment the other day I noticed that they had my DM and my DD in a roo with a king bed. We had requested a roll in shower because my mum at 83 will have difficulties getting up over the bath to shower. When I called this morning, I was informed that the only accessible rooms were the ones with King beds. I remember when I made our bookings that the room that I requested had both a King and a double. I have now had to change my the room to a standard 2 bed room cause even though my 14 DD loves her Grandma, she won't share a bed with her. And I am going to have to get my mum in and out of the shower. Any help or suggestions folks?????

They do have what is called a Florida room that has 2 doubles. It has grab bars to get in shower and you can get a shower seat. I get this type of room for my son. If you need the roll in shower get your mom the king and get a standard double for you an DD. Request connecting doors that way it will seem like one room.

The hot chocolate machine says that because after you let go of the button it continues to come out a little more. It saves you from over flowing your cup with hot chocolate.

Thanks for the explanation. :goodvibes DH brought me some up to the room one night and I was like "Where's the rest of it?" :rotfl2:

Dansdad, don't you think they could ask for a rollaway for the King room? I know there are only a limited number of rollaways, but I think in this instance, Pop would try to accommodate them. That's another option.

Unfortunately, no you can't as king rooms have a max occupancy of 2. Well you can have 3 if one of the guests is under 3 years old.

Are all king rooms handicap rooms?

From post #2 of this thread.

King Bed Rooms accommodate up to 2 people, plus one portable crib for an infant (defined as a child under 3). This category has a total of 144 rooms; of which 63 are Handicap Accessible. All floors have regular and handicap accessible King rooms; however the 4th floor King rooms are only HC.

Thanks guess I was just being lazy. I'm going solo and was thinking of requesting a king bed

I am VERY well versed on the HC accessible (as in roll-in shower rooms) at POP. But I can tell you all of the the stats regarding the HC accessible rooms at POP.
First though let me clarify that there are actually 150 king rooms at POP not 144 (that is not an accurate number). Also there are 70 roll in shower rooms (41 are considered standard and 29 are considered preferred). You cannot consider JUST the roll-in shower rooms as the ONLY HC accessible rooms because BY ADA law they are NOT. There are 30 king ADA rooms w/ tubs w/ handrails, and 20 king ADA rooms hearing disabled equipped. Those are MOST certainly classified as HC accessible rooms by law. Just because it doesn't have a roll in shower does not mean that it is not a HC accessible room by ADA law, and esp when it comes to the hearing impaired rooms.

Ok, so my mum and my DD will be in one room and my DH, DS and I will be in another, can I ask them for a roll out for my DD which still allows for 2 people in the room?

I will send you a PM tomorrow...
Or should I say later this morning when I am not so tired and can type everything out for you. :)

At Pop are the shampoo & conditioner two separate bottles or one? I stayed at AoA last year and cannot remember to save my life. If they are separate I'll just use Disneys, if not I'll bring my own.

Ours weren't two weeks ago, but there were two kinds of soap

Nope one bottle...supposedly a combo shampoo/conditioner mix. It dried my hair out something fierce. I couldn't wait to wash my hair and put conditioner in it when I got home. Towards the end of our week I had to put my hair in a pony tail because I couldn't do anything with it. Ill be bringing my own shampoo & conditioner if we stay at a value again next time.

As PP have said, it's a combo. I can't see without my contacts and thought the bottle was a body wash (it is a clear gel)!! I commented to my DH that I really liked the body wash - haha - he pointed out to me that is was shampoo /conditioner! :)
