Finally decompressing after our trip. We were at Pop from Sept 24 to Oct 8. 50's section, building 1. Quiet room facing the trees.

Everything was outstanding - CMs, room, food court, service. Top to bottom, things were perfect. Food was nothing spectacular, but it wasn't a disaster, either. Desserts were good, the "standard fare" like burgers, chicken tenders, pizza, etc were all decent. All of the food stations were open for most of the day every day.

We did get a fridge credit, and they additionally brought a fridge in for us a couple days after I requested the credit. I think it was an old fridge. Seems like getting a fridge credit is extremely rare now, though, so we were a bit lucky on that one.

Didn't have the new bedding.

Two weeks @ POP isn't enough. We're ready to go back.

Any questions, please ask!

Has anyone used them? How do they fit on the clothes pole in the bathroom area? How many shelves down to you buy. I have seen 3-5 shelf levels available.

We used 2. One was a shoe holder and one was a sweater holder. I can't remember how many shelves each one had, but it was around 6 or so. They hung by a strap that wrapped around the clothing bar with velcro.

We just returned from our stay at POP. We had an amazing trip! We were in the 70's section, building 6, 4th floor. Right outside the Mickey phone. Room was clean & comfortable. Old bedding and no fridge. I didn't question either since we were only in our room for a bit each day. A fridge was dropped off on our 3rd day, though, so I assume it's new and permanent. The food court was great - really enjoyed the Mediterranean flat bread and ice cream sundaes! :goodvibes Bus service was quick - we didn't wait more than 5 minutes on any day we were there. Had fun pin trading with the Cast Members at Everything Pop. Glad a mug was included with the dining plan, but we didn't use the mugs enough to warrant a purchase on future trips. Sad to be back in Connecticut... ready to plan our next trip!! pixiedust:

It's good to hear such positive feedback! Glad you guys had a great trip and I hope ours is just as great in 15 days!

Here now. Like the dessert selection so much better than in the parks. We walked to AOA for breakfast this morning just for something different. One evening we took the AOA bus back and ate there before going to our room. But Pops food is just as good and sometimes better than the parks. The pool is pretty nice too.

What a brilliant idea! I use those at home.

I also used this one on our last trip since we needed extra room. It worked great.:thumbsup2

Can anyone who has been there recently tell me if they still serve the breakfast pizzas? Thanks!

I'll be live from Pop starting tomorrow! :)

Hoping for 70's near the bus stop! :goodvibes

Awesome! Safe travels to you :) Here's some pixiedust: for your 70s request!

Welcome back!!:goodvibes I had a very quick trip at the end of September and the buses at POP were great as usual for us too.

And the best cure for the Disney blues IS planning the next trip. :cool1:

We've eaten in the food court quite a few times, more than expected, and we haven't had a bad meal yet.

The two times we did eat there, we also were satisfied. :hippie:

Same here. Though we did venture to AoA yesterday and discovered smoothies and some other different, yummy items.

They are excellent!

Yes, anyone staying at POP should definitely take a stroll over to AOA to check out their food court. It's a really nice walk over the bridge. :)

FYI, AOA has a pumpkin pecan tart in their bakery case that is to die for ;)

Oh pumpkin pecan tart! Yum!

Welcome back!! Two weeks - wow! Only in my dreams :) guess it will have to wait until DD is out of HS. Happy that you enjoyed another great stay at POP. :hippie:

We love the chocolate croissiant at POP! :goodvibes

We're currently sitting at the Hippie Dippy Pool eating and waiting for our DME pick-up (definitely tears earlier as we left MK) and watching all the kids play a game that involves them clipping fake piranhas to their mothers :rotfl:

Just booked a spur of the moment trip for Nov 15-18 requested 50s top floor. Lady and tramp is my favorite movie so fingers crossed I get that section

Checked in to Pop last night. As usual, we we're put in the 90s although I requested to be by the lake. Ended up with a room in building 4. Not really by the lake but very convenient to the food court. The CM at check in was very nice and now knows that Pop does have box fans available :) the CMs working at the burger station were having a huge argument while we waited to order. Very unprofessional, burgers were barely warm when we got them. No ice in machines at soda stations. The food court was not busy at all at 9:00. Food court gets 2 thumbs down, everything else is great so far. Fridge but no new bedding. KTTW cards given without asking. No line at check in.

I know people ask about milk all the time. A pint ( only come in whole) was $2.55. There are quarts in skim, whole and 1 or 2 percent - they cost as much as your room for the night! Seriously, i will check the price next time we go through.

Off to Epcot for the day.

Welcome home and I hope your trip was magical!! Start planning the next one now. ::yes::

Here right now and have 3 more days left. We're in building 3 lake view. Able to watch fireworks outside our room. This is our second stay here and having a great time. We have a fridge but not sure about bedding. It looks like the old bedding but not worn. Disappointed with the food court. I remember it being better last time.

We arrive next week and from what you said we may have to venture over to the AOA food court just to check it out. Enjoy your stay!!!!
