Yep! We packed a small fan in our luggage and didn't realize it was broken until we were going to bed on arrival night. We made a quick call and they delivered one within minutes. It was great!

Can anyone tell me, If we're interested in a room in a quiet part of the resort, but an easy walk to transportation and food, what building should we request? thanks!

Did you arrive today and get a kttw card? And if so does it work to pull old FPs? Today is the day it is rumored some resort guests will be on FP+ only and I'm dying to know how it is for Pop.

We did receive KTTW cards without even asking!! We can get paper fast passes too!!

Just got back I hate coming home! lol

Anyway I was in bldg #6 on the seventies section and I had no new bedding and no fridge. I checked in at about 9:30 and nobody in line...walked right up to front desk. Got magicband and card.

Very crowded at Epcot on Saturday! I would avoid Epcot on the weekend because of F&W. MK was not crowded on Sat or Sun. Walked right on most rides.

Didn't see any green Mickey heads

Hi all.

Just got the news that Joffrey's has replaced Nescafe as the coffee supplier for Disney resorts. (OK, I guess I'm a bit slow...)

Here are my questions:

1. Can someone confirm that the coffee at POP is, in fact, now Joffrey's?
2. Is it any good? (A bit of background: I'm a Starbucks drinker, can live with McD's, and can't stand Nescafe.)
3. What coffee options are available with a refillable resort mug? I've heard there's espresso. Is that true? Any possibility of lattes / cappucinos, or am I dreaming in technicolor?

I had been planning to bring a healthy supply of Starbucks Via (i.e., instant) but am now thinking this may not be necessary.

Any help would be appreciated, especially from those who are currently on-site.

We're arriving in 2 weeks, and hoping this will still be the case then.

Please keep those updates coming on the status of KTTW cards and availability of FP / FP+ -- I'm sure everyone with a November arrival date is interested.

Regarding the box fans, are the nice and clean? Or are the blades all dusty?

Regarding being unable to get into the rooms, can we call the front desk from our cell phone and have them send someone or do we have to go there in person?

So, from what I've read in the last 10-12 pages of this thread refrigerators are very hit and miss. Anyone have further info. on the status of what sections do have or don't have working refrigerators. We arrive two weeks from today and always keep milk in the room for a quick cereal breakfast before heading to the parks. We usually request ground floor 80's.

I called Pop today and was told that the values would be the last to be swapped out. I'm not sure how true that is, with all the reports on here. The cast member also said that it could be closer to the end of November before it's all finished. We arrive at pop on the 11th and are hoping for a fridge as we have a baby.

We got room 4457. It was 60's section 4th floor facing the lake. It was very quiet. We had a very short walk to food and transportation. Best thing...we came back one night and got in PJs and watched Wishes and Illuminations from our window. We loved it!!

That doesn't sound right. Since they have been changing them out. Also having a baby is a medical reason and they would provide one for that. Also from all reports on here if you don't have one yet but ask for it they will change it out. Also mentioning the credit they seem to get it real quick.

When I checked in last Tuesday, I asked if I'd have a fridge and the girl said they were about halfway through installing new fridges at Pop - I already had a new fridge and it sounds like quite a few other Pop guests on here had a new one too. I totally agree about the credit too - the impression I got was that they'll do anything to avoid giving you that credit!

Does anyone know if they sell distilled water in the gift shop?
I will be flying with a CPAP machine and the TSA does not like it when you bring bottled water with you through security.

I can't remember if it's at the gift shop or the food court but the do have it! IT IS JUST NOT KEPT OUT. You have to ask for it and if the first CM you ask isn't knowledgable and tells you the don't have any (because they don't sell a ton of it some don't really know about it), ask for a manager. They had it this summer. Like I said though, they don't keep it out, it is kept in the back. And I can't remember if it was at the GS or FC...SORRY!! :/

Sorry, not Costco. I used Soap.com - our box was waiting for us, no problem!
