Pop Century Should I wait?

I emailed DU regarding making reservations for our trip in Sept. 04. Yes I know that is a ways off but I also know the time flys when planning a trip to Disney. I was offered Pop Century for 77.00 a nite during our stay. I know that this is rack rate for value season. Should I take it or wait. I know some rooms go for as little 49.00 in sept. or maybe I could get a moderate for 77.00 a nite for that time. So give me some opinions. Thanks
