Am heading to Pop for the first time later this year and had some questions.

What is the "preferred" buildings there? How is the bus service, foodcourt, etc.? What is a good building that is close to everything, but not a "preferred" building? Are the rooms connecting? How are the pools?

the 60's bldg is the preferred bldg,,its $10 a night more. The rooms are the same as the other bldg's,,but its closest to the foodcourt and main pool. The pools there do not have slides. 1 is shaped like a bowling pin,1 like a flower(the main pool)and one like a computer moniter(basically,a square pool.)they have little water jets for kids to play in. The food court is great,imo.You have to walk thru the gift shop to get there. I like the gift shop,too. We were there in March and i have no complaints w/the bus service. The longest we had to wait was maybe 4 minutes,if that. They do have connecting rooms,but not all rooms are connecting. We stayed in the 80's bldg. It wasn't far from the busses or food court. Let me see which of your questions I can answer:

What is the "preferred" buildings there? 60's Buildings

How is the bus service, foodcourt, etc.? The foodcourt was very efficient, and the food we had there was yummy. There were also quite a good number of choices. The bus service was also very efficient while we were there.

What is a good building that is close to everything, but not a "preferred" building? The next closest buildings would be the 50's and 70's buildings, but we were in the 80's, and it didn't seem like a far walk at all.

Are the rooms connecting?

I believe they do offer some connecting rooms.

How are the pools? We didn't swim, so I can help you much with that. There are 3 pools though, which is nice for crowds.

We stayed in the 70's B section,building # 10,a great location.Very close to food court,main pool,bus stops and the parking lot if you will have a car.

Thanks for your help. Just a little nervous since this is a new resort and did not want to be in a room miles away from everything.
