It is so true that we will have ever so much more fun if we walk and get in better shape for the parks. Do not forget to wear comfortable and broken in shoes as well. No new shoes!! If your feet ain't happy no other body part will be either.
LorilieMarie, just walk circles around your parents. It will help you get in shape and bug the heck out them. A twofer!!!

When they are sitting and taking a well earned rest at the parks you could go shopping or look around a bit. Oops, see that you have a DD so you are not the teen I imagined you were. Heck, go ahead and bug your parents. They probably miss it by now.
aksunshine, I have many nurse friends and they all complain about the same thing. I am betting that you get plenty of exercise but it is all that great homemade food and snacks that everyone brings in and grateful patients family bring that is getting you. Hard to resist and especially if you work a quiet shift. Good luck. Oops! You are not a Nurse but are nursing.
I am feeling like Emily Latella (you youngsters probably do not know who that is though)
Demolition going slowly. Paint drying nicely in the 90 plus heat. I ,however, am extremely wet and dripping. I prefer to think of it as the ounces falling off. Unfortunately a cup of water will soon restore them.
