Have a small problem maybe someone else has had before. Went to an ATM this morning to withdraw money in the neighborhood of $400. The first time i put my card in, I went through all the steps to get my money and then said tranaction not complete, spit out a reciept, and went back to the main screen where it asks for your card. Second time did the same thing, got my money, but noticed my balance was $400 dollars less then it should be. I called my bank (ing) and disputed one of the transations they told me it would take 2-4 business days to investigate it and get my money back.... In normal circumstances that would be fine, but since my final payment for Disney is due tomorrow I kinda need to get some of that money back like now!
I know E-trade owns the ATM machine i used, would it help to contact them, or keep annoying my bank (3 times in 4 hours
