Morning! I was so excited to hit the 100 day mark and now here I am a week later already .. hopefully all the weeks go by as fast until our trip!
I think I have my extensive itinerary pretty much done, I did it on another site (don't know if I can write it out here?) and it is a program that lets me list all my ADR's plus all my morning afternoon and evening activities and some notes on each page. I'm going to print off the book and laminate it and bring it with me to the parks.
You'd think with us going for 11 days that I'd feel like we had plenty of time to do and see it all lol .. nope. Tell me if you think this is doable ....
Friday September 21 - 6 am flight (hopefully sleep on plane) arrive MCO at 11 Magical Express to POP, leave bags, get to Magic Kingdon by 2
Tour Magic Kingdon utilizing FastPass until 7 (when it closes for
MNSSHP that night).
Resort by 8 to swim and bed by 9.
Saturday September 22 - Full day at park. Leave for Magic Kingom at 8 and stay until Wishes at 8pm .. hopefully back at POP by 9:30 and straight to bed. Rest times during the day include brunch at Crystal Palace and lots of shows to get off our feet, hoping that will get us through the day. Can't really fit in a break at the resort this day because of our brunch time ..
Sunday September 23 - Full day at MGM .. arrive at 9 stay until Fantasmic at 8. End of the day consists of dinner at 50's PrimeTime and then straight to Fantasmic to sit for an hour so I'm hoping that helps us not burn out.
Hoping to be in bed by 9:30
Monday September 24 - Full day at Epcot concentrating on FutureWorld. Get to park for 9 am stay until Illuminations at 9 pm. Dining reservations for brunch at 10:30 and dinner at 4:30 so again difficult to fit in touring AND a break in between meals.
Tuesday September 25 - Little one's 3rd birthday. Breakfast at castle at 8 am. Full day again at Magic Kingdon, dinner at Chef Mickeys and Wishes if we can handle it.
Wednesday September 26 - Sleep in a bit, tour World Showcase when it opens. Early night back at resort for laundry/swimming. If we don't make it all day on our other Epcot day we could reschedule Illuminations for tonight.
Thursday September 27 - Breakfastosaurus at 8 at Animal Kingdom, Tour park from 9 until parade is over. Then bus to Wilderness lodge for dinner at Whispering Canyon, possibly make it to campfire at Fort Wilderness but not holding out hope for that lol .. probably back to POP by 7 and early to bed
Friday September 28 - Little Ones Magic Hour 8 am, Bruch at Ohana at 10:30 then back to resort to swim/nap. Back to Magic Kingdon for 4, dinner at LTT 5:30 and then MNSSHP until 11 or 12
Saturday September 29 - Sleep in .. DTD at lunchtime ... Bibbity Bobbity Boutique at 2, then dinner at Grand Floridian and head over to Magic Kingdon for the evening hours.
Sunday September 30 - Magic Kingdom day .. probably will want to get there early if we can handle it .. spend the day at MK and dinner at Chef Mickeys, back to resort by 7 to pack, swim and get to bed for our flight the next day.
OK so am I crazy or is this doable? lol
I have such a hard time allotting hours of my trip to travelling on the bus back and forth to POP and lugging kids and bags to the room, forcing them to sleep and then forcing them to wake up, packing up again and lugging back to the bus and park. I'm sure the kids will konk out at the parks as need be lol. I can't decide which is better .. the hassle of going back to the resort or pushing through the burn out at the park. Looking back at our 2005 trip I regret not doing more .. but I do remember the shear exhaustion that hit me on day 3 lol. I'm hoping if I plan better to have more down time IN the parks that I can counteract some of the exhaustion.
