Hi everyone, I just found this thread. I'm going solo the 23rd - 29th. Sounds like I'll miss the party on the 22nd.

HI!!! DH & DS went out for a few so I can sneak on without seeing "the look". Keli, you can add DD's name to our list - Katie!!! We're spending the weekend moving her back home from college in Rhode Island. Moved her into the apartment with a car & a pickup truck and it's taking a U-haul to bring her home again! Graduated last Sat (Magna Cum Laude - Presidential Scholar - I'm not TOO proud) I'm still trying to figure out how we fit all her stuff back into the house. Hmmm, garage sale - more $$ for WDW!!!

I'm still on the the fence about DF Jen. I keep asking Katie, "Is she SURE she can go???" Dreading trying to change ADR's.

We couldn't come up with good costume ideas so we're just wearing Halloween shirts.

Absolutely! We just haven't figured out our costumes yet
My then 4 year old is going to BBB in the castle that day so she'll pick out a princess costume for herself then. My baby will probably also be dressed as a princess...most likely snow white. I know, not too original for the girls but I know my two little girls will make perfect princesses DH is all excited about dressing up, he likes POTC so he might go as a pirate? I don't know...I was thinking of dressing up as a princess myself and having dh wear a prince charming costume but I don't know if he would go for that though But I thought how cute...Prince Charming and his three princesses. We'll see...We'll come up with something...I can't wait!

Hi Jenny! I think Halloween T-shirts are a great idea! At least your family will be cool and not sweating to death in a hot costume! Are you guys making your own Tees?

MNSSHP sounds soo fun, we were not planning on going cause its just more $$$ we dont really have, but the more I read about it the more I wanna go .......Okay so where can i find the ticket prices I just may have to make this happen

Thanks mickeymouseclubhouse! I am SOLD on the mnsshp now, after looking at all the pictures---WOW! It looks amazing! I think I'll just keep it a secret, not tell DH and kids were going. It will be a suprise! I think the only MNSSHP thats going on during our stay is on the 21st...so I guess thats our date!! Thanks 4 the link!

I could only do the dining plan if it was free...I actually had the gastric by-pass surgery a year and a half ago and when I went last Sept on the free dining plan it was WAY too much. On the other end of the spectrum both my mom and grandmother couldn't even finish half the food and we ordered way more than we would if it was out of pocket.

Farrah - I didn't plan it either due to money concerns but am thinking of cancelling the "hopper" part of my tickets (we hardly ever hop) and that will free up around $120 which would pay a significant portion of the MNSSHP!
