POP CENTURY ... LAST WEEK of SEPT. 07 MEET

:rotfl: Hope everyone has safe and wonderful trips!!!! I can't wait to meet everyone on the 22nd. We are locals (we live about 30 mins. north of WDW) so I haven't even gotten the suite cases out yet... guess I had better do that today huh? :scared:
Only 3 more sleeps for us until WDW!!!! :cool1:

I'm soo excited, :cool1: , don't want to be negative - but, has anyone else noticed all the rain in the forecast? All the way through Monday at least. :sad2:

This time of year, it seems like it rains just about every day. I just take three pairs of sneakers and my rain poncho. Just like the postman, neither rain, nor wind, nor sleet, nor snow shall keep me from my appointed rounds. :rotfl2:

DisneyDeeva :thumbsup2 I'm with you!! (and hopefully it sends the hordes of crowds away!!)

I know the weatherman said that there is a low pressure system stalled over the Atlantic - all week... but its affecting the coast more Jacksonville to Cape Coral - so there is that to consider!

Sandy, If you go into the BOO PM you got, click as if you are going to reply to it, the bouncing Mickey head will show up in "code". From there, you can copy and paste it into your signature. I always have trouble with the way they said to do it and found this is easier for me. Worth a try!!

2 days and obssessing!!!!

It's not gonna bring me down either - It's still Disney! :cool1:

Well, this will be my last post for now, we are leaving at 5AM tomorrow, wish me luck with the 16 month old and the almost 3 year old. The drive is "supposed" to take about 7 hours, which means about 10 hours with two toddlers:scared1: No worries, though, then we will be at "Mickey's House".
see you all Saturday night...we have dinner at 7:20 at Spoodles and then walk around the Boardwalk for a few minutes before we head back to POP.
I'll have gingerale and some treats.

Tracie

AHHHHHHHH I cant take it anymore I need to go already! all packed and ready to go...got the last min Jo-Jo coustume for my daughter from disney.com today for MNOSHP on the 28th! But i am still missing one thing i need that is the most important! GLOW!!!!!!!!!! got to pick that up on the way home.

ok my fellow GLOWers... Time for me to say ... farewell... we will be driving off towards the mouse in about 3 hours.... 28 hour drive!!! I will check in if I can... otherwise.... SEE YA THERE!!!

BYE EVERYONE!!! Have a safe travel you lucky ducks. :tilt:

I have one more good sleep left before I leave, there's no way I'll be able to sleep tomorrow night knowing the next day I'll be at Disney.

No. Way.

Well, can't wait to see all of you wonderful DIS'ers!

My daughter went to bed at 8:00 tonight hoping to catch up on sleep knowing that tomorrow night it will be impossible. I'd like to drug her a little bit (with something safe of course) but won't because she is only 10. We are flying in early and doing the MNSSHP late, so we will be exhausted :faint:

I can't wait! and...I'm too excited to sleep! ;)

Hmm just saw this thread, we leave tomorrow to start our drive down, okay considering the time we leave today. Maybe we'll/I'll stop by for this. We arrive on the 22nd so we don't really have anything planned that day since we have no clue when we will actually make it there:upsidedow .

Ten hours and counting...
must take our library books back...
Dont let me forget my documents - tickets, etc...

to print my, I hope, A boarding passes for tomorrow's flight. Then off to work, Weight Watchers (forget them next week!!!) and my son's HS open house tonight. DD promises to be all packed by the time I get home. So this will probably be it for me, unless of course I can't sleep tonight :thumbsup2 .

REMEMBER - LAST ONE OUT - TURN OFF THE LIGHTS!!!!!

We are doing the same thing. Early Friday morning flight, then MNSSHP that night. I hope we all make it that long...........

Just checked in & got my A boarding pass. Yahoo!

See you all on the 22nd........

Add me to the list of Southwesters that got an A boarding card--woo-hoo! :cool1: Now I can begin packing.

Pooch--my dd has "curriculum night" at school tonight as well. 'Cause there just wasn't enough on my schedule already!

See you all tomorrow!!!

I'm going to say good bye now:wave2:

so I can say hello tomorrow! :wave2: :beach:

Going to do my last minute item packing, DD has an eye appointment at 5:00 (she got contacts just in time for the trip - can see the castle much better now! :) Then it's dinner and bed before our early flight!:yay:

See you at the POP!

If you are into homeopathic medicines/ ie made from flowers - there is a product called Rescue Remedy that was recommended to me for DD fear and stress relief - I bought the pastille/candy - it has no alcohol (the tincture is 27%alcohol and is given to pets to calm them from fear of fireworks etc)

It is completely safe - made from flowers Impatiens, Clementis, Star of Bethlehem, etc.. I am amazed and relieved!

and it has helped dd sleep - dh tried it out first, but he wasnt sure if it was because he was sleep deprived from camping stuff, or the Rescue Remedy!! All I know it was the first time in a long time dd didnt wake up screaming and crying in fear!!

FIFTEEN HOURS TILL DEPARTURE - time is ticking away, still not completely packed..

Sandy, I'm so glad to hear you found something that might be working for your dd. :wizard: Wishing all of you a calm and uneventful flight! :goodvibes
I used homeopathic teething pills for my oldest daughter when she was a baby and it worked like a charm. Plus, I love all the "natural" remedies!

Safe travels! Hope to see you soon!

Hi Girls! I know many of you have left, but I want to wish you all lots of FUN and MAGIC!!!! Sorry I've been away. Internet has been down at home! We've been packed for several days ans SO ready! We leave tomorrow afternoon! Be safe and see you Saturday!!! Lots of Love, Alicia!
