Hey guys, wow that lime green goofy is super cute. =]

Kelli, I hope your results turn out well and you can enjoy your health with rest and relaxation at WDW.

Boy that list is getting big. It's growing everyday.

So we've decided what to do with out windows and door. I bought a big pack of lime green paper yesterday, and I made little name tag things for the GLOW! party. And seperate ones we're going to wear everyday at the parks.

Then I made these big LMGH's with "The DIS" and our usernames on them. I'll put those on the window and scatter some smaller lime green/multi colored one on the window as well.

As for the door we bought a lime green medium sized poster board to stick to our door. Above it I might make a purple or different colored big Mickey Head with a message from us inviting you all to sign our door.

I think it'd be great to take pictures afterwards so we can compare decorations/etc. We're going to have so much fun looking for lime green POP windows.

Wow those POP pictures are great, the Hippy Dippy pool is hugeeee, we'll have plenty of room to spread out.

Thank you all for the kind words during the loss of our friends. I'm sorry I haven't been online as much the past couple days. It's just been a couple of hard days & I just spent a lot of time with friends & family.

I'm going to try & get caught up on all the posts from the past couple days.

HI! I'm already signed up for the GLOW party, but thought I'd share my find over the weekend. First time staying at POP and I wasn't going to decorate my window, door, etc. but now I might have to with this guy......... I thought he was fitting with his color and all!

Oh I forgot to add about all the new stuff we've bought. I think I have ten new shirts, lol.

Our extra room is filled with boxes of stuff for our trip. Ranging from Q-tips to new sandals.

Hi everyone! The day started out pretty good and I got a lot of things done however I came home to the news that my bil died in a motorcycle accident. It is the first death in my generation of the family. He was one of the good guys too. He leaves 3 children, one still at home.

Kelli, maybe that $50 is the beginning of nothing but good luck for you from here on. I know it will be, I can feel it.

I have FOUR spare rooms so I have loads of places to spread out my Disney stuff! I always bring an collapsable suitcase so that I have somethng to put new stuff in. Not so easy if you are flying though.

I will try to catch up with the other posts later. Too tired to think tonight and the phone rings off the hook. I will be making a trip to Ohio when the arrangements are made.

My suggestion - UPS it - I'm boxing up some stuff and mailing it down to Pop - it just takes acouple of days - and its not that expensive to go UPS!!

I'm going to mail about 100 glow sticks, some window decorations, some adult beverages, extra shoes... stuff !! (usually stuff I wont bring back, I'm going to have to think about htis!! LOL)

Today has been a Disney Day - Started packing in the extra bedroom - I am an over packer, but don't want to be this time. No UPS for me. I spent time making lists, packing toiletries, etc. Then my DH came in with my Disney Vouchers! My DD and I tried on the full pirate costumes I made. We had tried the different pieces on as I made them, but put them on all at once for the first time. They look OK. The important thing is they are packed!

Since this is our first trip ever to WDW and a dream come true for me, let's just say I went a teeny-weeny bit overboard with all the buying for this trip....lots of custom clothes, shoes, costumes, and bows...did I mention bows? 25 + and counting , not to mention dry-erase board, tink gifts for the girls, decorations, and I need a suitcase for the baby alone: diapers, wipes, sippy cups, swim diapers, snacks, etc,etc There's more but I won't bore you! You get the point! This trip is making me go a little

As far as our packing, we pack a lot. We basically buy all new clothes for Disney, PLUS all the toiletries, plus snacks... I can't wait til we get packing. I think next weekend we'll wash the new shirts as new un-washed clothes make my mom's skin itchy. Go figure.

Someone said they'd like to put faces to the names, and since we just bought this new camera I thought I'd give it a try and show you us. Now hopefully this won't scare you away too much!

My dad. Oh boy doesn't he look excited. -rolls eyes-

And last but not least [you said you wouldn't get scared off], this is me. With my dog "Goldie" such an original name, eh?

First of all, big to Linda (S/G), becky_ak, keliblue and all the other folks going through tough times right now. Aren't bad things only supposed to happen in 3's? It seems this group has had more than that, and certainly more than their share lately. If anyone deserves a little Disney, it's you all.

We've shipped a box down before a vacation before, and it worked like a charm. It was especially good for shipping stuff back home at the end of the vacation--we went a little overboard on souveniers at mousesurplus one year. I don't know if POP offers this service, but CSR (along with several other resorts, I've been told) has a great business center that cheerfully taped up (duh, didn't think to bring packing tape) and mailed off our gigantic box for <$20 total. Just something to keep in mind--it might be cheaper than buying an extra suitcase.

Jenny...cute family! Thanks for posting the pics! I'm glad you're having fun with your new camera! Now, if I posted a picture of myself I probably would scare some of you away....especially the ones of me with my costumes and matching bows on ( See discussion above...taken out of context this comment sounds really strange)
