After much thought, we are looking into a Pop Century trip in 2017. My DD is a big Lady & the Tramp fan, so we would love to request to be near those statues. :)

I know they are in the 50's area, but if we were to request to have our room in the building where those statues are, which 50's building would we choose?

Also, how far is that from the buses/main building?

Thanks! :)

Our last stay at POP was in a corner room, practically next to the Tramp statue. I had booked a standard pool view room and made 50's my request. If you book that category and request 50's, you should be able to see them no matter your room. It's like $5 more for the pool view over standard.

The walk to the food court/shop area was really short. Less than 3 minutes including the stairs (2nd floor room). To the bus stops you can just walk around the outside of the main building and past the baggage area to the bus stops. It's quicker than going through the lobby. That was probably less than 5 minutes.

I think you made a good choice with Pop! You can always visit AoA, walk around and look at their huge icons.

In three weeks, I will be at Pop for my sixth week-long visit. We really like the place!

This map shows the Lady at the Tramp statue. The are located facing the pool it the intersection of the T, where the elevator is in the middle of the building.
Building 1 would be closest to the bus. Building 3 you could choose lake view, the walk is only a little longer.
From the end of building 3 (bottom of the T) you can see Epcot fireworks in the distance and a nice view of Hollywood Studios fireworks across the lake.

Have a great time!
