Pop century: is baby pool under refurb too?

We are going to pop century soon and received notice via email that hippy dippy pool will be closed.

Does anyone know if that means the kiddie pool is as well?

Earlier this year I was ripped apart on the boards when I stayed at French quarter. When we arrived the kiddie pool was refurbed, when we asked front desk why it was communicated they said they don't send alerts for that. At the same time, riverside entire main pool and kiddie pool was down as well. So the entire resort had no kiddie pool. Which was unacceptable to us as we have 2 toddlers and 2 of the pool days I would be by myself as hubby was golfing.

I do not want to be in the same situation this time. I am calling today to get some answers, but not having complete faith in answers as the first person at French quarter I talked to last time was unaware the refurb was even happening at all.

Any help from someone there now would be awesome.

Just got,off the phone with them, they were unaware of the letter and said hippy dippy is not closed til November.

I read her the letter I received that said during my upcoming stay in November it would be unavaialable. She then found the letter I was referring to and said that that didn't mean during my stay, just a alert,that it was coming up. What in the actual bleeping bleep,is the point of that? And now I have no idea if I believe the letter or not!
