POP Century and Gondola Construction? Wondering if there will be issues in early 2019?

What is the proposed completion of gondolas?
If staying at POP in mid/late January 2019...what issues may there be still? What areas should we avoid that would be affected by construction noise?
I assumed that bus transportation still be going. However, I heard a rumor that they would possibly take away some bus routes and use gondola...but wondered if anyone had advice or info on this topic. Thank you!

"To our knowledge, the goal is still to have the Disney Skyliner gondolas up and running by mid-2019. Given the slow pace of construction, that seems like an ambitious timeframe, especially considering the pillars that’ll need to be added around Walt Disney World along the Skyliner route. Nevertheless, we fully expect this to open in advance of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, so perhaps the pace will pick up or progress will be more readily apparent in the next few months."
