Pop and HA room connecting with regular room?

my mom isn't doing to well and we have a trip coming up and she needs a HA room for the roll in shower (she can't step over a tub) and we normally have connecting rooms with them so my kids are used to being able to. Go back and forth from our room to theirs. Does Pop have a HA room connecting with a regular double bed room?

I believe they do. However, please be aware that connecting rooms are never guaranteed. WDW will try to give connecting when requested, but it's not always possible.

In August I had a HA room that connected to a regular room. I was assigned a HA room for no apparent reason......

Thanks for the responses! We figure worse case scenario she will have to shower at the pool showers if we can't get s HA room

Ask for the handicapped room now and request a connecting room. Most requests for what you need are granted but as stated above not a guarantee.
