I missed this if it has already been shared here. .364 BAC! I didn't know you could survive that!

Colorado Springs, CO (AHN) - The mother of the drunk Colorado Springs baby said she accidentally mixed her infant's formula with vodka, raising the baby's blood alcohol level to four times the legal limit.
Sarah Smith said she and her boyfriend Ryan Delaroche were getting a hotel room on Saturday. When Ryan stepped away, Smith said she used his bottle of water bottle to mix with her baby's formula, not knowing the bottle was full of vodka.
She mixed in 3 ounces of liquor and two-month-old Kristina's finished the bottle.
Smith said, "It was an honest mistake...I had no idea there was alcohol in the water bottle."
Twenty minutes after the feeding, the parents realized their baby was not responding and her eyes looked droopy. They rushed her to Memorial Hospital where it was discovered that Kristina's blood alcohol level was .364.
The baby is in good condition but remains in foster care while police investigate the couple's story. The parents said they hope their baby will soon be returned to them.
"We're going to do whatever we need to get her back," Delaroche said.
