me! I'm about ready to throw our pool out. We only have a 14' pool but keeping it clear is driving me batty. All the levels are where they should be and it is still cloudy. Went to the pool store today and got some Super Floc to help with fine particles. They also told me that HTH brand shock can make pools cloudy so I bought a different brand of shock which is supposed to keep the pool clear. :sad2:

Anyway, I need a pool boy. DH says a pool girl will work too but he is sorely mistaken. :rotfl:

Must be something in the air this year. Two of our friends who have pools which are normally crystal clear, are having the same problem this year with cloudiness.

Bridget, when he is done with yours, send him right over and he better be cute! :teeth:

With the recent fires that we've had, it has been a real struggle trying to keep the pool clear. :badpc: :badpc: I'm tired of shocking it, using clarifier, rinsing the stinking filter daily, etc. :badpc: :badpc: I talked to one of my neighbors and she said that the guy at the pool supply store told her to keep shocking the pool. :bitelip:

Yesterday, we added a new clarifier that's supposed to be "super powerful". Today, there is a black residue at the bottom of the pool, must be ash. Tomorrow, I've got to vacuum it, I didn't feel like doing it today. The kids have stopped asking me when we are going to swim. :sad2: Did I mention how I haven't swam in the stinking pool yet? :furious: :furious: I'm sure that when the water finally clears up, the fires will start again. :dance3: :dance3: :dance3:

Oh hell no, I'll keep him in my basement and only let him out to clean the pool. The only thing I'm sending down is pictures of me pinching his butt while he skims. :rotfl:

I need a pool boy too, and send pics instead of resumes. ;)
