Do any of the on-site resorts have an indoor pool? We are thinking about planning a trip in January and are concerned about the weather.
Thanks!

We've been in January several times with our children (now 13 and 11) and the weather can be iffy! However, I don't think they ever missed out on swimming. The pools are heated and if the sun is shining it isn't too bad. So, don't rule swimming out in January.

this year was last year for jan trip... swimming was barely bearable.... pool sort of heated... freezing outside.

Kids did swim, but because I had to be in the pool with them... well I didn't enjoy it.

This year we're trying to go at a warmer time.

I think you should expect the worst, maybe the weather will work out for you.

Lines at parks were great, but we froze even at the park on 2 of our days at end of jan this year.

They are all outdoor pools, but are heated to 80F. The kiddie pools ARE NOT heated --DD3 froze in Dec.

When we go, the kids are always in the pools no matter what the air temp is!!! Same goes for the water parks.

If swimming is important to you I know that the Marriott Courtyard at Little Lake Bryan in the Marriott village has an indoor pool. The hotel is very near Downtown Disney.
