Pool Hopping

I presume from earlier posts that DVC members still have the privilege of pool hopping except during holiday blackout periods.

My impression is that almost everyone rates Stormalong Bay as the best WDW pool complex. BWV theme pool also has appeal but what about the others GF, Poly etc. Are they worth a visit?

Anyone care to list their personal top 5 within WDW?

I wanted my DH to see the new Polynesian pool on our last visit(July10-13) We had no trouble getting into the Polynesian pool. They did,however, give us a 3 hour parking pass. This was the only place to do this. We were at OKW and often went to the Boardwalk to the DVC office and never once was given a length of time pass. I assume we would have had enough time to try out the BW pool!

The BWV pool is okay, better for little kids. There are only so many times you can slide out a clowns mouth before the thrill is gone.

They do restrict parking at the monorail resorts. such as the Polynesian. People were using these resort parking lots to avoid the general lots, and the guests staying at the resorts couldn't find parking.

It's the same policy if you drove there and had a meal reservation. They have a listing of the guest holding PS's, and you are given a parking pass with a specific time limit.
