You never know what the weather will be for any given time period but by the beginning of April it isn't unusual for high temps to be in the low to mid 80s. If that's what it's like this year then the water should be plenty warm in one of those pool house pools. I'd only suggest that you spend the extra cash is you want to be absolutely sure that the water will be really warm.
Can you contact the owner and see if you can add it once you get there? I know some require it up front, but some will let you add it on. Our first trip we went at the end of March and got the heat just to be safe (no option to add it later.) I was glad we did though, it could have been a bit chilly without it.
